A rhythmless man at church has said he wants to put on a concert to raise some money for shoeless orphans. We shall call him A.

A said to B that they have money to help. B said that the last concert raised some issues but would support them none the less.

C said she didn't want to be forgotten.

I think C stole the shoes from the orphans to ensure they weren’t forgotten? Perhaps they’ve been hidden behind the massive organ......

If C isn't very forthcoming, maybe give them a specific task , perhaps sweeping up the bat poo, it'll make them feel more included.

B is the one with the money. Is the money needed to organise the concert? Or can B just donate money directly to the orphans?

But A and B are married so why is the money all B’s? A should get a free half an hour consultation with a solicitor of his choice.

Change the music concert into a circus skills workshop (the high church ceiling would be perfect and you could tie the tightrope between the organ and the pulpit). Everyone would obviously need to take off their shoes at the door to participate. When they are not looking, round up the shoes and send them straight to the orphans. That way, if no one donates money it won’t be a problem. You mention A’s lack of rhythm but don’t mention his balance so he could potentially take part. If C can perfect the trapeze then I’m sure he won’t be forgotten.
