A said to B that they have money to help. B said that the last concert raised some issues but would support them none the less.

C said she didn't want to be forgotten.

Apologies OP, I am very tired, I struggled to follow the thread a tad. I’ll have another look in the morning when it will be easier to understand. In the meantime, my provisional solution is to cancel the orchestra and just have C sing on her own. No drums, no tambourines, no dancers, no ribbons, no bat-related entertainment, just C singing her little heart out (she can practice alone at home). May I be so bold as to suggest she include Walk This Way, Blue Suede Shoes and I’ve Got Sole. That way it becomes a bit of a themed event.

Okay I think I understand what's going on here. A wants to put on a concert to raise money, but can't perform because he has no rhythm. C can perform but nobody wants her to because she is unreliable. B thinks it's just going to turn into a s**tshow and therefore doesn't want it to happen?
Is that right OP? If so I think B and C are unreasonable but A is just wanting to do something nice. B should give A a chance, and if C wants to be in the show she needs to prove she's reliable
