I used to go knickerless in bed until I was around 20, when I read somewhere that you can catch worms that way.So now it's sweaty but wormless fannies all the way for me!

FaveNumberIs2 · 26/08/2018 18:36

@frouby I’ve never heard it called that before. But yeah, I either have underwear or loose pj bottoms on as I kick my legs out over the quilt too.

December2018 · 26/08/2018 18:43

..... hang on worms... in your fanny!!
Is that a real thing... I've actually just nearly died at the thought
🤢🤢🤢

December2018 · 26/08/2018 18:48

I'm wearing my pantaloons tonight then for sure!

MiddleClassProblem · 26/08/2018 18:49

But who are you getting the fanny worms from? Surely that’s the issue...

MsHomeSlice · 26/08/2018 18:52

december ... I believe there was a whole sorry tale about fanny worms

funnily enough it never gets mentioned in the anti troll statements.

cuttedup pear, pom bears, cuntworms naice ham, penisbeaker

I wear pants so the goblins do not see my bottom. They talk amongst themselves you know.

Esspee · 26/08/2018 18:53

I am completely amazed that so many of you wear clothes in bed.Confused

AlbertaSimmons · 26/08/2018 19:01

kaytee yes, thank you I'm well aware that shops sell pjs for adults, and that adults wear them, as also evidenced by the majority on this thread. That doesn't change the fact that I personally regard pjs and nighties as something that a child wears. It's like fish fingers innit - kids food, to me, but available in shops to everyone and if you started a thread about them you'd get plenty of folks telling you they eat nothing else. Here's the thing - its NBD Hmm.

ToftyAC · 26/08/2018 19:14

Always. Far more comfy with.

TheSultanofPingu · 26/08/2018 19:34

Erm, they aren't fanny worms
Confused

celticprincess · 26/08/2018 19:39

Always wear knickers under my PJs. I’d need clean PJs each day otherwise and they tend to last a few days. I’ve always had excessive discharge though and have to wear liners in my pants daily anyway. I’ve even had it checked and GP says it’s normal some people. As for kids. Yes I make them wear knickers too as I don’t trust them to wipe themselves properly front and back, they also dribble occasionally, so again it allows the PJs to last an extra day (as long as breakfast isn’t spilt down them). They put clean ones on after a bath. I know people who do both and it’s up to them in all honesty.

TheSultanofPingu · 26/08/2018 19:46

How can it be unhygienic to wear pants in bed? I don't it.

TheSultanofPingu · 26/08/2018 19:47

don't get it

Shell4429 · 26/08/2018 20:03

For all those who think they like to air their bits overnight.... I don’t wear airtight knickers, do you?

Magnussen · 26/08/2018 20:08

Worms can sometimes wander and get a bit lost....

labazs · 26/08/2018 20:22

if you get thread worms thank the little darlings for bringing them from school they can go up your foof from your bum well known

Zoflorabore · 26/08/2018 20:32

Never had thrush in my life and have always wore ( clean ) knickers to bed.

I even wear them under pj's but during the last few months of hot weather it was just a vest and knickers.

Both dc ( 15 and 7 yo ) sleep naked all year round which I find bizarre.

Also I don't know why but I really really hate the word "vulva" and have never heard anyone use it apart from on here Grin

Strugglingtodomybest · 26/08/2018 20:53

Pants on, it's just what I'm used to.

Mummadeeze · 26/08/2018 21:13

Pyjamas and knickers... didn’t realise people didn’t wear knickers to bed so am glad you started this thread. I might walk on the wild side tonight and try taking mine off!

PhilomenaButterfly · 26/08/2018 21:14

So DH can rip them off with his teeth.

Nearly47 · 26/08/2018 21:29

I have loads of white cotton nickers in my drawer so I always a clean one to wear in bed and an elasticated vest that keep my boobs in place. Wouldn't be able to sleep otherwise. Most people change their sheets weekly. Microorganisms such as mites proliferate in the bed feeding on old sweat and dead skin. I think it is more hygienic to wear something clean next to you "intimate parts" to avoid itchiness. My theory though and I am allergic to mites so don't know what of sort of havoc they would cause down thereHmm

bananafish81 · 26/08/2018 21:59

I am completely amazed that so many of you wear clothes in bed.

Er, why would shops have entire sections selling pyjamas and nighties, if there wasn't a market for nightwear? Genuinely curious!

pollymere · 26/08/2018 23:29

I wear knicks since we're trying to teach privacy to dd so no longer sleep naked. Dh is like a radiator so pjs etc are too much.

Sandstormbrewing · 27/08/2018 09:57

Shell4429 Of course I don't. But I do get thrush if I wear underwear or pjs at night so obviously more air gets to my fanny if i don't have any on!

CosyLulu · 27/08/2018 09:57

Loose vest / t-shirt and no knickers for me. Dh always wears nothing. I’d hate to wear knickers in bed.
