So on my walk this morning I found a Primark handbag in an alleyway. It’s clearly brand new but without tags. There’s nothing in it and it doesn’t look like it has been used at all.
It’s still there now, AIBU to take it? It’s really nice!

And when the robbers found out there was fuckall in the Primark bag, they meticulously wiped it down of their fingerprints, carefully disposed of the contents and tauntingly positioned it “just so” in an alley, so some poor unsuspecting, Primani-savvy soul would chance up it and incriminate herself in the murder by lovingly embracing said bag and unwittingly smearing her DNA all over the fabric... don’t do it Op, it’s not worth being framed for murder!!!!

There is no doubt that if there was anything in it at all, or looked used then I would have reported it to the police straight away.

And yes it is definitely a primark bag! But it’s nowhere near a primark store.

If it’s still there on my way back then I’ll take it and send an email to the station. If I leave it overnight it’ll either be full of piss or set alight.

If we find any 'treasure' on our travels (lego figures, cars etc.), I tell the DC to leave it on a nearby wall for a week. If it's still there, they can keep it.

So the handbag has been thrown into the locked gated electricity box area behind the alleyway. Why on earth would someone do that??
