Not really AIBU, posting for traffic.
Just the title really, what's your Dragons Den idea, light hearted...,

Mine is a machine that can make any colour nail polish (so u can match it up to outfits), u would just scan the items and it would make that colour, like the machine at BnQ.

Ahhh sorry, thought you'd be pleased they exist though!

Ignoramusgiganticus · 22/08/2018 10:43

A removable, washable, underarm jacket pad so that dry clean jackets don't need to be cleaned so often, especially important when worn with sleeveless blouses.

CigarsofthePharoahs · 22/08/2018 10:45

Dentastix for kids.
I love my 4 year old, I really do. But I'm sick of bedtime becoming hellish as he hates having his teeth cleaned. I'm surprised my neighbors haven't reported me as he makes this high pitched scream like I'm torturing him.
If I could just give him a crunchy treat that would foam a bit and clean his teeth, then I can work on the brushing when he's older and hopefully a bit less of an arsehole.
I'd also do holiday packs, so much easier to have a quick chomp on a treat than trogging off to a campsite sink in the early hours.

Mine is amazing.

It is Factor 30 SPF sun cream that lasts for 7 days. You pour the bottle into a bath and you submerge yourself in it for 10 mins. A breathing tube is provided so you can put your entire head under with your eyes closed.

It is non sticky, fully water proof and you never have to worry about reapplying sun cream (for the next 7 days).

I haven't invented this yet, but when I do it will be a real big seller.

Parisbun · 22/08/2018 10:50

#tuckingfypo B&M do a brush that might be what you need.
Shower brush

serbska · 22/08/2018 10:54

It's the tangle teaser. He's laughing all the way to the bank

Oh I have two of those! They are AMAZING

cocoallure · 22/08/2018 10:56

A bath bomb that dissolves all hair on your body!!! With a serum to put on bits you want to keep!!

serbska · 22/08/2018 10:57

A map on a bus stop which lights up each time the bus passes bus stops before yours. You know that the bus is on it's way and where it is.

Are the signs that say "#97 - 8 mins / #165 - 2 mins / #71 - Due" not good enough? :-)

cocoallure · 22/08/2018 10:58

In fact I have hundreds, I had one before the Tommie tippee bottle maker thing came out, but my invention you just put in a clean bottle and it sterilised it and dropped the required scoops in by a key pad and then was the perfect temperature.

FlapAttack23 · 22/08/2018 10:59

Dentastix for kids... YES!

serbska · 22/08/2018 11:00

CigarsofthePharoahs are there 2 of you around at teeth brushing time? We literally did every bloody trick in the book with teeth brushing. Then one day I decided to do mummy monster and stomped around shouting that I could smell the teeth weren’t being brushed. DC loves it. They go and hide somewhere and their dad then brushes the teeth in the hiding place whilst I look for them all the time shouting that I’m angry and I will eat anyone with dirty teeth. It’s not 100% perfect each time but our lives are so much easier

BluthsFrozenBananas · 22/08/2018 11:52

Painless, 100% effective tattoo removal. There's a fortune to be made in the area of tattoo removal in the future, if someone can come up with a better way than the current one they'll be quids in.

SnugglySnerd · 22/08/2018 12:15

I love the sun cream alternatives as I hate the stuff. A yearly sun proofing vaccination could also work!

I would also like a remote control that just has one button. It would switch the TV on and tune it to CBeebies. Children as young as 2 could operate it. Then I wouldn't have to get up at 5 am as they could just put the TV on.

Dancergirl · 22/08/2018 12:37

This is my 11 year old dd's idea:

Nasal reading lights. Tiny reading light that insert just inside your nostril. Lights up the page you're reading and hands-free Smile

Tinkobell · 22/08/2018 13:21

Marmite / butter combo spread perhaps branded MiteyButter.....then you don't have to messily combine the two spreads each day on your toast.

Tinkobell · 22/08/2018 13:22

A tea / coffee blend for days when you just can't decide .....branded Cea or Toffee

CoolCarrie · 22/08/2018 13:26

Dancer, your dd’s idea is cool!

OpiningGambit · 22/08/2018 13:26

School exercise books which are slightly bigger than A4, so nothing has to be trimmed before sticking. Would save so much time!

Along the same lines - maths exercise books with a margin drawn in!

Mistoffelees · 22/08/2018 13:31

@OpiningGambit, those exist too! In the espo catalogue, think they're called A4+ we had them at my last school and they were so useful, new school have all A4 ones and trimming stuff is the bane of my life!

cmlover · 22/08/2018 13:41

calpol icepoles.

easy to get a kid to take medicine

helps teething

cools a temperature

also adult versions
also good for a hangover.

TroysMammy · 22/08/2018 14:42

serbska I don't know where you live but that's not a thing I've come across. I don't mean in a bus station, I mean on a bus route where you have to wait at a bus stop in villages and rural areas.

TroysMammy · 22/08/2018 14:45

Another idea, large plastic covers like shower caps to fit over your food shopping trolley when you are going back to your car when it's raining. It will prevent soggy boxes etc.

I think a lot when it's raining.
