After all this recent stuff. Please could we have someone else and make labour electable again. Why is he still there and do we think he still will be for the forseeable?

Why would a 'Britain hating loon' become an MP?

I don't support the Tories but I don't think for one minute that they doing what they're doing because they 'hate Britain'.

Daily fail bollocks!

thereareflowersinmygarden · 22/08/2018 15:35

I suppose allowing public services to shrink to US levels (which is what Tories are doing) will make it more difficult for people to transition.

Bit of a strange way to go about things though.

Personally, would rather my kids went to a decent school and had access to healthcare.

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 15:37

No I don't either because the Tories aren't quite that bad..

Corbyn is the Britain hating loon, his historic support for the terrorist enemies of the British state are proof of such.

thereareflowersinmygarden · 22/08/2018 15:40

So, you think he entered politics to destroy us from within?

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 15:49

No, because that would require a certain degree of intelligence. Corbyn is low intelligence.. That's why he did so badly in education, why he's spent his life thinking Marxism could work, and why he couldn't even beat Theresa may and the worst Tory election campaign in history.

tobee · 22/08/2018 15:58

Yy ratchet

jasjas1973 · 22/08/2018 16:00

No I don't either because the Tories aren't quite that bad

So, supply missiles and aircraft to the Saudis so they can blow up a bus full of school kids isn't that bad? and the total support that evil regime gets from the UK.
Or the numbers of disabled who have topped themselves because of cuts to disability benefits or deporting british subjects/preventing them returning to UK?
My partner works for a Hospice, there is a guy on work experience there who has cancer, at times he falls asleep at his desk, he is forced to attend job centre interviews in a week in order to keep his JSA, as they refused him PIP... this is now, not an historical atos cock up.
Or the lack of real action after Grenfell and how May avoided even visiting the survivors!

Look at the way they treated junior doctors or the cuts to the Police & armed response units, whilst they increased the protection they get!

For all Labours faults this country would be governed in a far fairer way if they were in power, JC or no JC.

thereareflowersinmygarden · 22/08/2018 16:01

So why did he enter politics then? If he hates us all so much?

Everyone who does badly at school, is a bit thick then?

Lovely, nuanced views you have there 😁

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 16:07

Hates us all .. No, I said - he hates Britain and the British state, his support for the terrorist organisations [that also hate this country] proves it.

Perhaps you disagree with that?

Vicky1990 · 22/08/2018 16:14

Jasjas 1973.
Just to remind you of the support that Corbyn and his mate gave to the murderng IRA gang, and his praise for the way Venezuela is governed and how we should do it like them, oh and how he was going to sort out the student loan scheme.
Also the number of his own party who would not join him on the front bench. Just saying.

thereareflowersinmygarden · 22/08/2018 16:19

So, he entered British politics to destroy the British state, ie the public sector?

His voting records indicates otherwise I'm afraid.

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 16:39

Did you go to the Cathy Newman school of debating thereareflowersinmygarden? Corbyn hates the British state as it stands and for what it has stood for. Ergo he openly supported and still supports, the terrorists organisations that also hate it and wish to bring it to its knees.

And no, he's positively obsessed with the public sector, he needs them to support his future Nomenklatura.

SillySallySingsSongs · 22/08/2018 16:41

I see he hasn't yet instructed a letter be sent to Chris Williamson yet after praising Vanessa Beeley.

Margaret Hodge got hers with 12 hours...

thereareflowersinmygarden · 22/08/2018 16:44

He consistently votes to increase and protect the State though.

Why would he do that if he hated it?

He's also an MP which in case you didn't realise, is a fundamental part of the British State.

The 'Corbyn hates Britain' rhetoric does not make logical sense.

It's double-think of the highest order.

thereareflowersinmygarden · 22/08/2018 16:45

The public sector IS the state, btw.

Same thing.

It's Tories who don't believe in it.

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 16:48

Though we probably differ on certain points, I also share your concern regarding the Saudi's.

But, you are wrong to use this as a diversion from the fact that Corbyn has supported [and to this day refuses to condemn] the terrorists entity's who were murdering, torturing and racketeering at the expense of, his fellow citizens and MP's. Plus he has encouraged anti-semitism to flourish, in no small way, within the Labour party.

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 16:57

Of course he does because he is trying to engineer the state as he wishes to inherit it. And as an example, for a preview (as someone mentioned Grenfell] of what the consequences of the state having the moral & legal legitimacy to take away people's private property in the name of the 'people' would look like - look no further than Venezuela. A country that was led in way Mr Corbyn very much admires.

thereareflowersinmygarden · 22/08/2018 17:02

Ah right, so he is trying to destroy us from within.

Not sure I follow you about Grenfell there?

I really don't think you can blame either Corbyn or Venezuela for that.

Thymeout · 22/08/2018 17:23

I don't know the latest figures, but I don't think Corbyn has ever had an approval rating as high as Theresa May's, even when Labour was 4 points ahead. They're both in negative figures. At one stage, Don't know was higher than Corbyn. Only Ruth Davidson gets a positive approval rating and, until she has a Westminster seat, she's out of the running.

Corbyn is even less popular in Scotland and Labour can't win a GE unless they regain 12? 16? seats, much harder to do against the SNP than the Tories.

Oooh Jeremy Corbyn was last summer. This summer has been dominated by the AS row, which he could have nipped in the bud over a year ago by implementing the Chakrabarti report, feeble tho' it was. It won't have lost him many of the faithful. But it sure as hell won't have won over the sane and sensible floating voters who aren't impressed by pro-Palestinian fanatics who cosy up to terrorist organisations who finance suicide bombers.

And, again, people who voted Tory last time will have to vote Labour if Labour is to win a GE. There is nothing Prime Ministerial about Corbyn.

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 17:38

Ah right, so he is trying to destroy us from within Ah so you are actually Kathy Newman... I claim my 5 pounds !

That was his response to Grenfell.

SillySallySingsSongs · 22/08/2018 17:59

There is now a n argument about cameras not being allowed into an event he is at tomorrow.

He keeps stumbling from one thing to another.

ratchethandler · 22/08/2018 18:13

He does indeed...

He is the architect of his own misfortune. A man of low intelligence.

How any decent labour voter can stomach him is beyond me..

Puzzledandpissedoff · 22/08/2018 18:19

There is now an argument about cameras not being allowed into an event he is at tomorrow

Good grief, I have to admit that's a new one on me ... what's the event?

Thatssomebadhatharry · 22/08/2018 18:29

Ffs The man has literally spent his whole life campaigning for peace and racial equality.
His whole god damn life.

Tommy Robinson and Donald Trump who are actively racist and bigoted are labelled as hero’s. This is so fucked up it is not even funny anymore.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 22/08/2018 18:29

Ah, just found it. Apparently JC's giving a speech about press freedom to an Edinburgh festival tomorrow

It's claimed that it's not Labour who wish to ban cameras but the organisers, who wish to distribute their own transcript and video clips - also that plenty of journalists will be there

Interesting ...
