Can I ask, which famous person do you get told you look like?

Some friends were over at the weekend. Their kids love Mrs Doubtfire and had watched it again recently. They told me how much I look like the mum character in the film, Sally Field . My son-in-law then piped up and said "Yeah I thought that too when I first met you". I can't see it myself but it could have been worse (thank the lord they didn't think I look like Robin Williams in drag!).

Can I ask who you get told you look like and whether you're happy with the comparison?

I used to get told I looked like Martine McCutcheon when I was in my twenties and my nickname at work then was Tiff.

Demi Moore in my younger days. She has 'aged' considerably better than I have so I probably look like her mum now.

In my 20s and 30s I got Angelina Jolie, Isabella Adjani, Monica Belluci, Adriana Lima. Gorgeous, pouty brunettes basically. Less glamorous but still flattering ones have been Honey from Eastenders and Carla from Corrie.

Recently I was told I look like Sue Perkins. Now I bloody love Sue. But it was a step down from Angelina 😆
