I have just seen the Tesco steak ad and wish that the woman talking would not use a glottal stop in the middle of words. Perhaps this is regional but it sounds very lazy.

My pet annoyance it chorizo pronounced choritzo. It is Spanish not Italian. Either pronounce it choritho (putting on a Spanish accent) or choriso (not deliberately putting on an fake accent but actually much more accurate than adding the 't' because South Americans use a soft 'sss' sound for z).

I also hate draw-ring. Ther's only one 'r', most people remove their 'r's from most words so what's the obsession with adding an extra one there? Plus as a Scot living in England my DC are being taught to not pronounce 'r's which means DH got a card in June saying 'Happy Farther's Day' . That would not happen in Scotland!

I know I shouldn't get annoyed but my dad still pronounces certain silent letters even after living in this country for 50 years. So he will say honour pronouncing the H, salmon with the L, and yacht and "yachet" (pronouncing the cht). I've told him the correct way - but he keeps doing it 🙄

I've heard some Americans pronounce the 'L' in calm and palm. Charles Gross, another shitty Youtuber, is guilty of that particular crime. Maybe Roseanne Barr too.

I have to dig my nails into my paLms to cope with the horror.
