Near Stockport! Only a couple drops. But the sky looks like this..

We had thunder and rain here yesterday evening and this morning, but only for about half an hour each and then it was back to hot, muggy and humid. We had more about an hour ago but again, it fucked off within ten minutes. I'm boiling again

Why would it rain for less than a minute? It's like a sick joke.

For the first time in weeks, it's lovely and cool this evening. The Lightning is bright though

Absolutely hammered it down in West Yorkshire this morning, it was great. Felt like the temp dropped about 10 degrees in 10 minutes, I sat with the window open just watching it thunder and feeling all relieved, then half an hour later it went back to being baking :(

Still nothing.

There's cloud, enough to obscure the blood moon, but not enough to rain.

We've had literally 30seconds of rain yesterday and this evening.
So cloudy that we can't see the moon eclipse.

BBC says absolutely definitely going to piss down biblically and thunder etc in Edinburgh overnight. Christ we need it. Currently sweltering and threatening.

It's been raining her for a couple of hours now. Blessed relief. Went from sunshine to gale force winds in the space of about a minute, and then the glorious rain.

We had a 10 degree drop in temp in less than an hour here in Cambridge earlier. Me and DH actually danced around the garden in the rain it was bliss. Much cooler now, looking forward to a decent nights sleep, even the baby is back to his usual bedtime and fell asleep straight away

Woahhh steady with all the wishes for rain... we had rain last night and the heat & humidity was off the scale. I was sweating buckets - it was horrible.

Cloudy where I am so no moon eclipse. Nor rain.

I normally love warm, sunny weather but I need a break from the heat.
