To want to shout it from the rooftops - my autistic DS has started to talk!

My autistic DS is 4 and about to start school. He spoke until 2 then had a massive regression and stopped talking completely.

Just this past two weeks he has started saying single words again.

I don't want to go on about it to everyone I meet, even though I feel like I could.

He might say 'I love you' soon!

Amazing news! My DD is nearly 4 and awaiting an autism assessment (which she will probably get) said 'I love Mummy' for the first time a couple of months ago and it was amazing. I had tears in my eyes so I share your joy.
