If you are giving evidence you swear to tell the truth, religious or not. That was one of the problems many people had with the trial. The judge told the victim to lie about their attacker, and penalised them for non compliance.

There is just an erosion of women's natural boundaries going on. If it has a penis then it is male. If it has xx chromosomes it is a male. How they feel will not change this.chopping bits off and growing goodwill not change this. This is a biological man.
