I thought I felt sorry for May this morning but then I remembered that she put herself up for this twice and doggedly refuses to resign even though she has no credibility.

I despair of UK politics (and US Of course - I remember the day Trump announced his candidacy and thought it was a joke. It fucking is). Why is this country so mediocre? I do think that to become a politician you generally have to have an enormous ego, so that is possibly the stumbling block.
