It seems to me the sucess of the England team so far is that the players egos aren't put before their place in the team.

They are a young, proud team doing their best for their country.

Why then is Rebecca Vardy the WAG in chief when her bloke isn't even playing?

Because she’s courted the media the most

I don’t like her. She just seems so fake and media hungry. On loose women when there is something serious being discussed she doesn’t seem to be able to contribute.

Previously the England team have been full of egos and the WAGS are just adding to that.

She’s so, so fake it’s untrue. She said she hated being known as a wag yet she’s the one in every paper/magazine.

The lovely thing about this England team is that the media seem to be focussed on their abilities and team play.

Unless you’re reading crappy tabloids/magazines, you don’t really notice anything else.

She presumably makes the journalists’ job easier as they just seem to reprint her pictures and jabberings from her various social media platforms.

You think she calls herself 'Chief WAG' ? I am sure she doesn't. Yes, she has taken advantage of opportunities put in front of her because of who her husband is, that's her choice. If she sat on her arse and didn't work, I am sure she would be slagged off for that, so I don't think she could please some people. Pretty sure she's not trying to please anyone but herself and her family anyway.

She's famous for having a kid before meeting Jamie. She's very hard boiled and not likeable at all.
