To wonder why Rebecca Vardy is chief WAG when her husband isn't even playing?

It seems to me the sucess of the England team so far is that the players egos aren't put before their place in the team.

They are a young, proud team doing their best for their country.

Why then is Rebecca Vardy the WAG in chief when her bloke isn't even playing?

I am sure she doesn't. Yes, she has taken advantage of opportunities put in front of her because of who her husband is, that's her choice. If she sat on her arse and didn't work, I am sure she would be slagged off for that

What 'work' does she do?

It doesn't massively bother me other than it's a bit skanky to profit from other people's achievements when you've done sod all yourself.

I don't rate her husband either and clearly neither does Southgate due to the tiny amount he's actually used him. She was dating a different footballer before she met Vardy and she dumped him straight away when she realised she'd met a Premier League rather than Championship guy.

I had never heard of her (also only read the first bit of the title, so thought it was going to be about her being a chief executive of something, so wondered who she was and why she shouldn't be chief executive of anything Confused).

I literally can't stand this woman. Attention seeking and fame hungry and saw Jamie coming a mile off. The sort who'd sell her Granny to the devil if it meant getting her plastic face in the papers. Very cold and calculating. Allegedly his family hate her and he's estranged from his parents because of this.

She was also vile on I'm a Celebrity, bullying Ian Lee and doing nothing to redeem herself.

I think she is horrible . She is like one of those mean girls at school- all make-up, eye brows, fake tan and attention-seeking. I bet they are all very careful to keep on the right side of her- she could be really nasty.

That maybe be true lipstick but they generally don't push themselves into the public eye and make out they are amazing.

Living of the sucess of your husband or making out his sucess is down to you and earning from simply being married to him, are quite different.

I am acquainted with one of her children's fathers - the statement about her selling her own granny etc etc is very true. She has a very clear mission and is ruthless in its execution, she'll probably end up prime minister Wink

Well you said she was on 'I'm a celebrity'. Others have mentioned interviews. I guess she gets paid so that's work.

I don't really know much about her. I have seen photos of lots of the players partners in the last few weeks. The only thing I noticed was how young some of them looked but I think that's just me getting old. 😂

As she said in I'm a Celeb......"I'm not recognised because of my husband. I'm recognised for my charity work".
I don't like being down on other woman but she has a really high opinion of herself.

In all fairness, her ex partner, like many exes haven't always got the best things to say about their ex partners so I would take that with a large pinch of salt. Who knows though, as with all 'celebs', we only see what they want us to.

WAG just makes me think of doormat wives like VB, Colleen Rooney and Toni Terry. Cheated on, but clinging on for dear life so no one else hops on their gravy train.

Vardy is as cold as ice, ruthless and very very desperate for fame and attention. Sadly Jamie hasn't really lived up to the hype, but she'll hang on in there until someone better comes along. She's the only WAG posting photos of private jets and horse faced selfies with her new veneers. The rest seem a fairly private bunch, to be fair to them.

She is relentless in her pursuit of fame.

I think a lot of the others have been really low key and supportive and not put a foot wrong but RV is old school WAG and we need to move on
