Seeing those pics of other mums with less than perfect figures looking healthy and happy with their children was lovely. It made me realise no one gives a shit what you look like having while on holiday having fun with your kids. I don't care if they were promoting a brand or being paid. The photo's were lovely
I don’t disagree. But that wasn’t my point. You said having your mum post bikini pics of herself to upwards of half a million people wouldn’t make bullying more likely. I assert that it would. I guess time will tell who’s right.
When I said TMI, I was referring to myself. If I posted pics of myself in a bikini on my own social media I’m sure my followers would think it was TMI. But that’s because I wouldn’t look that good in a bikini.
It’s almost like you’re deliberately misinterpreting what I’m saying to twist the agenda.
And all these spurious arguments you’re coming out with:
Parents’ kids, parents’ rules.
Kids at school will bully anyone about anything.
The ASA is toothless so influencers should be able to act with impunity.
If people fall for the very sophisticated and targeted advertising tactics and behave in the way it’s designed to make them behave then they’re stupid.
They all sound like the sort of reaching self-justifications the influencers must use to be able to keep looking at themselves in the mirror every day.
