How the hell is it possible to look like this woman??

OK I qas having that Sunday sadness feeling and now I'm feeling casually pissed off and jealous because I went on FB and an ad popped up featuring this woman (Tammy Hemsomething apparently).

How is it possible to look like this?! What I mean is is this the result of just working out or what? But how can she get her body fat down so low for the waist, but not on her bum or tits?!

She admits that she has had her boobs done.

The rest, she says and the evidence seems to show that it is genetics, her workout routine and eating plan.

I always suggest weights on every weight-loss thread and also post menopause shape. I've seen what weights can do.

Some of the pictures are photo shopped, but she has worked hard for the body that she has.

Branleuse · 17/06/2018 20:10

great figure, but i imagine its either photoshop or bum implants.
Whats her name?

HidingFromDD · 17/06/2018 20:11

Oh, and she eats like a horse (favourite foods are pigs in blankets and chocolate, although she does generally eat healthily) but has absolutely no problem showing off a 'food baby' when she's been out for a big meal - and neither do her friends. Very good level of body confidence in all of them (and they're all shapes and sizes).

Timeisslippingaway · 17/06/2018 20:11

Butt implants. No one has a bum that size with a waste that small, come on people. People don't generally look like this no matter how long they spend in the gym. I honestly think she looks out of proportion and weird. If you saw someone walk along the street like that, you wouldn't think she looked great.

BigPinkBall · 17/06/2018 20:12

I used to have a bum like that, not quite as toned but similar, with a narrow waist (again, not as slim as her) and massive tits but it meant a lot of time doing spinning at the gym plus having the genetics of being quite tall with very wide hips and large boobs, which helped my waist look smaller.

Photoshop and breast/bum implants

Thinkingofausername1, why do you come to that conclusion?

She doesn't come across that way.

Is it more noble to not care about what you eat and spend the time she spends working out, watching television?

saoirse31 · 17/06/2018 20:14

Who'd be a girl growing up today... A comment I used to think I'd never make. But on other hand, I don't think most girls, young women want to be like this, or at least want lots more too, hopefully most have more ambition than just what their body looks like

gryffen · 17/06/2018 20:14

Well for one she isn't taking a selfie but someone is doing a photo shoot for her. (No mirror reflection)

She's twisting her hips so she looks slimmer and more toned, tightens muscles up.
High sport underwear makes curves appear on models or celebs and defo some photo shopping going on spine area.

Good for her if she is sporty but don't have a clue who she is and not interested in following someone who flaunts that on SM.

SluttyButty · 17/06/2018 20:14

I think this a real sign of our times and the pressure of social media.
Who thinks that looking like this is good? I'm not talking normal because there really isn't a normal, we all have different body shapes.

My issue is putting this out there as the ultimate goal, photoshop should be banned in my opinion, along with all flipping Snapchat filters.

We're forgetting what humans should actually look like!

shapeshifter88 · 17/06/2018 20:14

genetics and training , mixed with 1000 photos at different angles to get the Best one and more than likely Anavar steroid use (very very popular for womens fitness model types)

ikeepaforkinmypurse · 17/06/2018 20:15

Neither photoshop or implants, just a lot of exercise and diet and so on.. AND THE RIGHT ANGLE for the pic!

Boobs might be implants, there's no exercise that gives you boobs.

No idea who that woman is, but good for her for showing a healthy fit body. There are worst role models to have frankly.

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 17/06/2018 20:15

It's a concern really that she has a massive fan base, probably young women or girls and is holding her almost cartoonish image up as an ideal which is unattainable for most (cosmetic surgery).

God knows how the relatively modern procedure of Bum implants stands the test of time. As we age, we lose muscle tone, skin elasticity and collagen levels fall so the weight of that implant won't be supported very well.

ikeepaforkinmypurse · 17/06/2018 20:16

Who thinks that looking like this is good?
you mean, slim and toned? Many of us, what's wrong with that. It's a great message among the politically correct fat curves are beautiful.

princesstiasmum · 17/06/2018 20:17

I think lots of women would love to look like her,who would rather be overweight than look like that, ask your husbands which they would prefer ,boobs might be fake , not her bum
I think she works out a lot ,and looks fine

LongNLean · 17/06/2018 20:17

I think she looks great. She says lots of food minimal cardio heavy weights and lots of (good) food. She openly admits to a boob job and says she's had nothing else.

RubyShooFan · 17/06/2018 20:18

You can purchase followers. Though I’m sure a lot are genuine.

SluttyButty · 17/06/2018 20:18

A healthy fit body? Hmm

HidingFromDD · 17/06/2018 20:18

Actually this thread is starting to sound quite distasteful. Yes, it is perfectly possible to get a bum like that with a waist that size without implants, there's a large amount of muscle in that area and the correct training will increase the size. And while we're all going 'ewww, that looks awful' please think what your response would have been if there was a fit and healthy curvy size 16 on here - my guess it would have been 'wow she looks fantastic'. Body shaming is inappropriate whatever size/shape they are

Passportto · 17/06/2018 20:18

I know a very thin, a muscular woman in her 50s who works out hard daily and has a huge perky bust. She doesn't seem at all the sort to have surgery, but her workouts seem entirely centred around being fit and strong. She barely bothers with her hair/make up/appearance, but they can't be real, can they?

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 17/06/2018 20:18

It must be a nightmare getting clothes to fit. is that why she's always in her pants?

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 17/06/2018 20:18

I think lots of women would love to look like her,who would rather be overweight than look like that, ask your husbands which they would prefer

Hmm
Isleepinahedgefund · 17/06/2018 20:18

Get good with photoshop and filters that’s the key! That picture is so manipulated it’s untrue.

gendercritter · 17/06/2018 20:18

I think this is a really inportant conversation because we are absolutely bombarded with images of beauty and most of us can't ever look like that. But comments like 'She is probably very shallow in real life.' And 'she looks deformed' are a bit hideous.

I'm not suggesting people only make positive comments but there's a way of saying things.
