OK I qas having that Sunday sadness feeling and now I'm feeling casually pissed off and jealous because I went on FB and an ad popped up featuring this woman (Tammy Hemsomething apparently).

How is it possible to look like this?! What I mean is is this the result of just working out or what? But how can she get her body fat down so low for the waist, but not on her bum or tits?!

Lots of women (including me...) naturally have an exaggerated hourglass shape like this.

The only reason it looks ridiculous in this pic is that it has been enhanced with photoshop and the first rule of bodybuilding/fitness modelling is learn to pose properly. Angles are everything.

If your business is fitness/modelling then angles and posing are just like the average person bothering to smile for a photo.

You are talking rot. And so is anyone else who claims other women are jealous of this woman. No-one is jealous of her. NO-ONE! Why the hell would they be? She does not look good, and I really worry about any woman or girl who thinks this woman looks amazing, and 'natural,' and wants to look like her! And don't even get me STARTED on the men who think this 'look' is amazing, and that any woman who thinks she looks awful is 'jealous!' Jesus fucking wept!

This is one of the most fake, awful, plastic looks I've ever seen. If my daughter attempted to look like this, I would be devastated, and frankly, I'd get her some serious help.

On the pic @frangipaniblue posted, (attached,) it's clear she has not only had arse implants, and boob implants, but lots of stuff done to her face. On the pic attached, you can see her arse implants moving about, and her face is all puffed up from the botox and collagen. You are seriously deluded if you can't see that, and you think she is 'natural.'

By the way, PMSL at the hypocrisy of you (dickydoraxx) having a go at people criticising this woman, when you have been bashing transgender people, and overweight people throughout the last few pages of the thread. Some posters are correct when they say you are just provoking and prodding in an attempt to cause arguments.

Finally, I am willing to bet that this woman looked WAY better before she started wrecking her body and her face with plastic and silicone.

Natural and beautiful. And a THOUSAND times more attractive than the fake woman mentioned in the OP.

Photoshop, angling, filters, plastic surgery and also age... she presumably hasn’t had children and she looks very young, that helps. Some use waist trainers too. No doubt she works out a lot and is dedicated with her diet too but there are many other factors at play there.

This is so nasty and pointless. She obviously likes the aesthetic she has and however it’s been achieved she’s obviously put in effort. What purpose does it serve to lay into her with accusations of surgery or photoshop? Even if she has, so the fuck what? It’s her body.

I look at J-Lo and think 'sigh I would love to look that amazing.'

Why is it nasty to give your opinion about someone who's happy for everyone to see their body in every pose imaginable. Are we all expected to gush about her or just say nothing. I'd say it's more nasty of her to show us a body that's totally unrealistic and have young girls despairing of their own perfectly normal bodies. Have an issue with her rather than the people who quite rightly say what isn't right.

This thread is so nasty. Tammy admitted to having a boob job after her second child but otherwise her body is real. It is very much possible to have a small waist and big glutes. Genetics (and posing) obviously plays a part (she naturally had quite a big bum even before working out), but oing heavy weighted exercises such as hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, deadlifts etc. will grow your glutes. Age is also on her side (she’s 23 or 24).

It takes a long time to get a body like that because you have to grow your muscles whilst in a calorie surplus (also known as bulking) then cut down your body fat in a calorie deficit.

The fitness industry is booming atm and there’s plenty of people with that body type.

I think it's admirable that she puts so much effort into it. It must take a lot of willpower. She's a very attractive woman.

JLo is also attractive, just in a different way. There are so many varieties of beauty.
