How the hell is it possible to look like this woman??

OK I qas having that Sunday sadness feeling and now I'm feeling casually pissed off and jealous because I went on FB and an ad popped up featuring this woman (Tammy Hemsomething apparently).

How is it possible to look like this?! What I mean is is this the result of just working out or what? But how can she get her body fat down so low for the waist, but not on her bum or tits?!

Ollivander great photo

I have no waist hence was curious re how a 16/18 woman seems to, & the flattish stomach to go with it (I'm nicking that dress style🙂)

wakemeupbefore · 17/06/2018 23:27

Gawd, what is this about mahoosive arses? Who in their right mind would aspire to have one? One would find if rather difficult to fight the urge to give said maohosive derriere a stiff kick...

PineapplePower · 17/06/2018 23:33

Arnold Schwarzenegger is a man, but look at him, his muscles are impressive and he is genetically predisposed to gain muscle. The Rock also seems to be genetically gifted in that way as another example. Not every man would get those results no matter how hard they worked, definitely good genetics combined with willpower, workouts and good diets.

I have to point out that Arnie has admitted to steroid use and The Rock has almost certainly juiced, it was part of the pro wrestling culture back in the day.

Wish more would admit to it, as they have completely unrealistic bodies that cannot be had naturally! Likewise, many of these Instagram models do not have achievable bodies, and is usually something only achieved through surgery/Photoshop. Think about it, why else is there such a demand for plastic surgery? Who is using those services if not for these fitness models? It’s literally their job to look good!

People are so so naive about what’s achievable, but sadly, it’s the most extreme Instagrammers that seem to get the most attention...

General comment on thread I don't think this woman has had a complete overhaul. She looks ok.

In younger days I had a flat stomach and a high/big backside. My DDs have that shape. Caribbean & South American genes.

I still have the backside alas, stomach got bigger.

Some of the thread comments are just extreme. Even if we don't all aspire to her figure it's blatant to see she is nowhere near hideous. Women calling other women derogatory names is woeful

wowfudge · 17/06/2018 23:34

The photos of the woman being discussed on this thread have all been photoshopped around her arse.

RomeoBunny · 17/06/2018 23:42

You can see her arse implant resettle (the little pop and jiggle) when she moves her leg.

She is as fake as her nose and the rest of her face. She might have 'quad goalz' from lifting and arms that are decent but her ass is not one bit real.

RomeoBunny · 17/06/2018 23:43

I have lordosis and have her arse. I also have a size 16/18 belly with overhang because of it 😂

wowfudge · 17/06/2018 23:45

I had a look at her Instagram and there are plenty of photos that don't appear to be photoshopped. She looks to be in great shape so I don't understand why she would doctor some of the photos.

JaneJeffer · 17/06/2018 23:48

Here's some more pictures.

OfaFrenchmind2 · 18/06/2018 00:11

Some of the posters think that because somebody posts photos of themselves online, it allows any cow to comment nastily on them, their body and call them ghastly... Even more when they are not completely covered. All in the name of body positivity and feminism apparently....ok, that makes sense...
Let's hope nobody ever find your photo on facebook or instagram, because what a field day we would have.

Interesting thread. For most of my adult life my body was a very similar shape to this - I believe I was a little slimmer in the area where 'buttock meets thigh' in this photo, but not much different at all. My stats were 34-22-34, typically 8.5 - 8st 10lbs at 5ft 4". I am; however, white as a sheet with freckles, don't have pumped up lips, don't wear false eyelashes and could never get my hair to grow this long [and still be in good condition] - so generally do not look like this woman - who, let's face it, is unlikely to post a particularly unflattering photo of herself . I've been described as having "an arse you can rest a pint on", been asked if I were anorexic (never in my life) and many referred to me as 'skinny' (and colleagues still do this now). I didn't know whether to love or hate my body (none of my friends had a body shape like mine, we were all so different). Luckily; I got far more compliments about my shape and I decided to embrace it and love my body for what it is. Someone up thread mentioned buying clothes being tricky. Yes, it was. My waist was 2 sizes smaller than my bottom and so I found buying well fitting jeans and skirts tricky. Some people will never have a bottom like this, in very much the same way I will never have a flat-as-a-pancake bottom. My genetic make up makes sure of it. If I were to stand side-on to a mirror, twist my body and pull my stomach right in, my waist can look even slimmer than this girls. I am now 42 and 10lbs heavier but still generally slim waist / shapely bottom. Excuse my rambling but my point is to add perspective - people can have bodies like this without having had surgery or employing photoshop. If this girl is working her butt off in a gym, it's unsurprising she looks so toned (I've not seen her Insta account). With so many followers; I'm assuming she will be earning money from her account via affiliate links or something and so she will have good reason to maintain this look. Good luck to her.

AngeloMysterioso · 18/06/2018 00:40

Why on earth would anyone want to?!

BackToTheFuschia7 · 18/06/2018 00:42

She looks great IMO and even if the photo is altered, she posts videos too and looks very similar. Pretty sure she also posted a video showing her loose skin after having her DC.

It’s just as bad to shame her for being strong and muscular as it is to fat shame someone. Fwiw I’d rather have a figure like that than be unhealthy and overweight.

kamilahbobo · 18/06/2018 00:47

It's a combination of 3. Ribs removal (famous procedure to have tight waist). Bum surgery to get bigger butt and it will optically also make waist look smaller. And finally Photoshop to make it all look even more intense.

Babysgotyoureyes · 18/06/2018 00:59

Who in their right mind would want to look like that??? She represents everything about what is wrong with the perception of women in today's world. The damage someone like her does with their narcissistic selfies. I am 43, have given birth 3 times, have stretch marks and cellulite but still would not, for anything, swap bodies with her. The pressure, commitment and self absorption must be in the extreme for someone who becomes a slave to their Instagram posts. No thanks..... I'd rather be alive and enjoy living, irrespective of my shape or size.

Cantbelieveit101 · 18/06/2018 01:08

She lives around the corner from me, so I get to see her all the time.

Definately had lots of work done.

LemonysSnicket · 18/06/2018 01:20

The bottom of her arse is slightly unfocused ... aka photoshop.

Seriousquestion09 · 18/06/2018 07:19

Ok comments are getting harsh she hasn’t done anything wrong- fake or not she is beautiful

Shelvesoutofbooks · 18/06/2018 07:27

The amount of sheer jealousy on this post... if you actually watched some of her youtube videos you would see her ass isn't that big, just angles, but it is hard work. She did admit to having her boobs done though.

WanderingTrolley1 · 18/06/2018 07:30

Hard training, fake breasts and arse.

Peanutbuttercups21 · 18/06/2018 07:30

Ofafrenchmind, you don't like random insults...so you call everyone "cow" ....Confused

ikeepaforkinmypurse · 18/06/2018 07:32

It is telling that you cannot make the slightest negative comment about an overweight person without being accused of "fat-shaming" but people are happy to bitch viciously about a fit and very pretty woman.

Just because you can't be bothered to eat healthily and exercise a lot doesn't give you the right to be a twat against those who do. She even makes a living out of it, not many people manage that from eating junk food from their sofa. Who do you think is having the last laugh? It's still disgusting to bully someone like that, she is a real person, with real children who can read that.

Some posters should be ashamed of themselves.

lubeybooby · 18/06/2018 07:33

I don't think anything is 'fake' in that pic

Clever angles, yes

and you get to be that slim with boobs and arse still if you powerlift and specifically target glutes

There are plenty of instagrammers who have shown how they do it and how they looked 5 mins later (clue, much more... attainable/realistic)

dogzdinner · 18/06/2018 07:39

The comment that accompanies the OP photo on instagram is - happier now with my body than I've ever been even after two beautiful babies.

This is what I dislike. I'm sure she's worked hard in the gym but she's also had surgery to change how she looks. I've seen on other instagram accounts like this, women who are trying to achieve the same results asking for advice eg how to lose body fat without losing their boobs. It's just not possible and the images make other women feel shit about themselves.

FiestaThenSiesta · 18/06/2018 07:39

It’s just “a photo” is it? She’s promoting herself and selling. I don’t post pictures of myself online and talk about how fantastic my face cream is and how it’s got rid of my wrinkles. But if I did, I would expect people to comment on the appearance of my face and not always agree with how I try to sell myself.
