Thrilling subject I know!
Henry has given up the ghost and I don’t want another one. Ideally I don’t want to spend more than £200 but if i’m Told I can’t get anything fab for that price then I could go to £400 at a push. I will see it as an investment 
We will be living in a 3 bed, mostly carpeted with one set of stairs. No pets.
