I think I am insanely jealous. So don’t know whether I am BU?

My partner has started tutoring a 19 year old. He is a teacher but she is resisting as she wants a grade 9.

He hasn’t said much about her. I showed him a Facebook picture of her as I know of her. He said she is prettier than that in real life.
Now he thinks this is subjective and nothing untoward. Like he thinks our daughter is pretty.

AIBU and just a jealous hag?

The most infuriating thing about Hollywood mainly wanting young actresses, is that a good percentage of people going to see the movies will be female. The male gaze is more important though, because Hollywood, like most places, is run by men. And in Hollywood, it was dirty old men like Harvey Weinstein. And men like HW don’t like young met women because of their primal urge to reproduce and therefore are seeking a young, fertile partner to mate with. It is, for some men, because younger women are easier prey who feel they can’t say no AngrySad.

@boilerhouse2007 the fact you used the words "science" and "scientific" without clarifying what particular specialism showed you are a fraud. Though I was very tempted to ask you the subject of the your PhD and title of your dissertation for a laugh.

I can look at a 19 year old girl and think shes pretty. I can even do it with my dd 13 year old friends. I can do the same for boys being handsome. Does it mean I fancy them or even feel any attraction, of course not. So why does it mean a man who does suddenly fannies the person.

You showed him a pic op, I presume because you wanted a reaction or response and when he gave one you dont like it. He cant really win. Can he?

Men who like women don't generally wish to be with much younger partners.
They may fancy them but women fancy you nger men on the whole from a purely physical perspective.

As women are becoming financially independent less of us are choosing older partners, and believe me its is the women who do the choosing.

All the women who I know with older partners aren't much to look and don't have much economic potential. It was probably prudent that they choose an older partner tbh.

I guess in my mentally insane head he may think about her when wanking.

I don’t know why I think this.

He would probably be disgusted with me for thinking so.
