I grew up with them. I had one a soft toy golliwog as a child. I wasn't racist and actually I don't see how it is really. It depicts a black person. How is that racist? If it depicted a doll that was white, how is that racist? Maybe I'm missing something. It originated from a fictional character from a story book.

@neveradullmoment99 They do not "depict black people" they depict a vile caricature, that has its roots in white society believing black people were inferior. And the black bag thing is a fucking ridiculous myth, like councils banning Christmas etc.
