I don't know about you, but since the instamums posts I have really noticed the #AD on posts, and to be honest I had no idea I was so gullible. I loved the threads regards instamums and really think MN made a small change, well done us

I'm not going to repeat for obvious reasons. Absolutely slanderous (or to be more accurate, libel)

I just made an observation about what I saw. Would you post your children in this way on SM?

I feel really fine. Nobody has a clue about what my kids did today or any day and I'm happy to say I'm pretty pleased about that.

MOD allegedly has a team of legal people behind her so if something 'slanderous' or 'libellous' has been said about her, I'm sure she could sue if she wanted.

But as usual, it's all a bit vague, isn't it? No one can quite pinpoint exactly what the problem is or even give correct examples.

Cady I remember why I became rather fond of you on the previous threads. You are like a dog with a bone. You don't think MN might have a little word with the thread for libel on here? Repeating alleged libel won't get anyone into 'bother'. A basic search into the terms 'bully' and 'libel' might be useful before anybody repeats this bloody nonsense again.

I have no idea why any of you thought that MoD story had 'ad' scribbled on it, it was clearly a depiction of 'mess'.

I don't agree with MoD's schtick these days and find the shape that her account has taken distasteful BUT I'm not trawling through her posts every day looking for discrepancies. And on the basis of those few idiots here that jump immediately to conclusions I am out of this thread. It was nice talking sensibly to some of you in the middle section of this discussion.

What exactly were these false statements and what quantifiable damage did they cause to MOD and FOD? These are the two strands of the test.

Just give us the name of the poster and the time and date of the posts, cady and then there will be no question that you repeated the "libel"

It was most certainly Sofia who first mentioned reporting to social services and when I challenged her on how inappropriate that was, she said it was a joke.

She hadn't disagreed with me on this thread and it wouldn't be difficult to find that exchange by searching.

It most certainly was not me. I made an incredulous comment re Social Services following a few posts about how supposedly worried certain posters were about MOD's children and talk of reporting.

I work in Children's Services and was finding what was being said absolutely ridiculous.
