I LOVE Giles and Mary, but why does Craig Cash always refer to them as 'Giles...and his wife Mary?' Even if it's Mary that's making a point, she always comes second. AIBU to think it should, sometimes be 'Mary...and her husband Giles?'

Aww I love Giles and Mary - she definitely 'wear the trousers' in the relationship. He reminds me of my dad - an obvious wind up merchant who has a fab sense of humour and doesn't take himself seriously - such as the Charles being King and she's had her time and that Buckingham gardens should have wolves! haha Anyone who takes his comments seriously well, mind boggles.

What really does annoy me is that every pair of tights she wears have holes in!

Gyles and Mary are a bit staged but I enjoy them anyway.

The Siddiquis are my all time favourites and I agree with the poster who would date any one of them they're definitely all faithful to their wives though because they're lovely.

They suck the fun out of everything they watch. They don’t seem to enjoy anything.

Dave the dog's owner's face just cracks us up, he doesn't have to open his mouth! (It's bad that I know the name of the dog but not his, isn't it!)

forget to mention Leon and June - such a big miss. They totally mirrored the relationship my mam and and dad have - the episode where she was hoovering his jumper from crumbs Get offfffffff ha!

I really like them! I think she can't stand him either - the week of "stop snatching my letters" she is just so done with his nonsense.

I am waiting for her to scream "stop mansplaining at me Nutty".

Oh, I think I actually hate Giles. He is obnoxious, opinionated, ignorant, stupid and in fact everything I hate in people, what a shame he is nowhere near as clever as he likes to think he was is!
I’d happily punch him.

He also seems to get dressed in the dark. Rust coloured jumbo cords, lilac shirt and blue/greeen sweater is never the outfit of choice for an actual seeing, thinking, adult human.

Maybe we should wait for her letter to herself in the spectator.

I loves Giles and Mary. Cannot stand the Michaels family, the son's put on voice drives me to distraction.

I love them! I thought he was a sod at first before I realised that's just how really posh people with matching wallpaper+upholstery have banter.

Ive never bothered to learn their names but the brother and sister are the turn off for me. Horrible nasty pair who have no redeeming features.They think they are amazingly witty and cutting edge when they laugh at their own pitiful jokesThey are definitely the worst of the bunch..
I love Giles and mary and often laugh out loud at their comments/reactions.
The Malones seem like a proper family and I love how they are with their dogs.
The Siddiqis are the loveliest set of people and so genuine . I think they could sustain a show of their own

I don't see that - I see a couple who adore each other and she knows he doesn't really think that way but just after a reaction. My dad is like that. Not out of any malice, just tries to be controversial and turn any situation into a laugh

I love them too. They seem very happily married to me. With their William Morris and the funny tiger table. Also love the Siddiquis, they are so kind.

Giles and Mary's wallpaper came first then a friend gave them a matching chair.

I love Mary and Giles. Same as everybody else, I really like the Siddiqui’s, they all seem like thoroughly nice men.
