Aibu to think Mumsnet has issues with black women

Just that really, I’ve read really horrible comments about Meghan Markle, Alexandra Burke, Serena Williams talented and hardworking individuals who seem to offend some Mumsnetters simply by being beautiful and successful.
I’m not surprised as happens in RL but I guess it’s disappointing as Mumsnet touts itself as a more educated network than netmums

If you have been following the news there have been a number of attacks on Jewish people by Muslims, to such an extent that some Jewish people have moved out of inner city London

Trying not to out myself but I work in NW London and a lot of my clients are Jewish women and I know the stats you’ve posted are factually correct.

You've insisted on labelling Jewish people as white and ignoring what actual Jewish people think about their own ethnic identity, seemingly because it furthers your own personal "white victims" agenda.

I provided a statistic from the police, who class British Jewish people as white . If you have a problem with that, i suggest you take it up with them

You've been very aggressive in pushing a "white people are victims of racism too" campaign and in marginalising racism.

White people have been victims of racism. This has been proven in British law courts on a number of occasions
I am sorry if you perceive my style of debating to be 'aggressive'. Not sure what I can do about that

There will be people on mn who will know victims of racist grooming gangs, Rotherham, Rochdale etc, or are even victims themselves.
My original post was “Aibu to think Mumsnet has issues with black women”
So although Rochdale crimes are despicable it wasn’t the focus of my OP and I think you’re derailing post to prove your point.

No, my issue all along has been with the posters who said that white people cannot be victims of racism. I accept that the thread has been derailed, I have now made two posts agreeing with that point of view.

The thread was derailed by posters saying that white people cannot be victims of racism. Posters making such inflammatory statements cannot be expected to remain unchallenged, even if it does further derail the thread .

It seems strange to me that there seems to be an attitude that to be able to discuss ethnic community relations and racism, that you need to be from an ethnic background to be taken seriously. Bizarre

koyaanisqatsi -It's very telling that a poster who's so aggressive in pushing an agenda to demonise Muslims and defend white people gets so defensive in labelling herself "Not A Racist." I find the "a" very intriguing; like racism was an objective thing to be, like being a blonde, or a Capricorn.

You say 'RL' , this means 'real life', yes? Is it reasonable to expect posters to not discuss 'real life', in relation to issues of racism?
