Chatting to someone new on tinder and we exchanged numbers. He’s a bit drunk and just messaged saying “now I’ve got your number the dick pic will follow!” Before saying “sorry that was a joke, I don’t get why people do that! Has it happened to you before?!” It made me feel a bit weird, too far or just banter?

Good Guys don't need to tell you they are one, their behaviour does that. Dodgy Guys, who don't quite understand boundaries, but don't see themselves as full blown rapists/women haters, feel the need to point out how they wouldn't behave, after testing the waters.

OP, he's tried his hand, been rejected and has answered with a lie about not seeing a Woman's genitalia. So on rejection, he comes out with bullshit, it doesn't bode well.

If it's not what you are about, then move on.
