What a stupid boy. Worth 60 million and doesn’t get a taxi. I just don’t know how he’ll come back from this latest fiasco (drink drive car crash hits 3 year old).

I only feel bad for Dec. I love them both, well not Ant anymore and I didn't like him as much as Dec anyway, but Ant has royally screwed them over for such a stupid decision. If he has any decency left, he will do his rehab, accept time in prison, then disappear. He shouldn't be on TV again. It's not as if they need the money anyway. Just a shame that Dec suffers from this too.

Time for itv to have a massive overhaul I think. It's been the same old clique of people for way too long. Dec will be fine; it's not like he needs to work again although I'm sure he still can and will.
Think the whole double act thing had run its course.

I have been hearing things about Ant having a drinking problem for the last 10 years. I live in West London near to A&D. He has been having arguments with people in pubs etc.. One famous Barley Mow incident made the press. There have been others which have not, so this is not a recent thing. Lets hope he is now getting the help that he needs

I did read this week (I've had so much work on this week and had a Thursday lunchtime deadline so I've obviously been reading all about Ant and avoiding work.....true story)...that he feels constrained by the goody goody image that they have to portray and that while Dec is quite willing Ant is a bit salty in real life.

There are often posters on here who live just down the road from a celeb or often bump into one at their local. It’s surreal to a northern village person like me so I’m always intrigued.

I used to live next door but one to Ralph Fiennes 0v0. We were on nodding terms.

Lisa's crime is not being slim and looking 41, which she is.

The subtext of all the mean pictures of her is "can you blame him, look at the state of her". It's very, very cruel and must take its toll on her mental health.

I agree with the poster who said she has given the best years of her life to him and has been dumped at a very vulnerable age. He'll no doubt sort himself out eventually and shack up with someone 10 years younger and start a family.

I don't believe people should have to stay with their spouse if they don't love them anymore but the shagging around is despicable. And I seethed at the tone of his divorce statement.

1. He is making it clear he is doing the dumping.
2. She never changed her name - her name is Armstrong.

Higher profile couples than them have divorced and the statement is always joint, also mutual - even when we know it's just for appearances. It's the polite way to operate. He and his PR people are scumbags.

I think Lisa's crime, in the eyes of the media, is not being Ant.

Poor woman, she must be having a terrible time, I hope she has a good support network.

I quite agree. If she were as rough as the papers portray her, she wouldn't have maintained her career.

Everyone is also assuming the fertility problems are hers and he has stuck it out despite her not being able to give him children, so he'll just shack up with a teenager and pop out babies. If he's such a heavy drinker, the problem could just as easily be with him and she has stuck it out with him only to be dumped now. I agree the pictures of her have been the most unflattering they can find. Her sucking on a cigarette, (because obviously smoking is something Ant would never do) and with no makeup on probably because she's going to work or is just going to the shops or work.

I feel sorry for all of them - for Ant for reaching rock bottom, for Dec and the impact on their brand and particularly for Lisa who has been so personally and horribly slagged off for her looks and no doubt hounded by the sleaze paps to get horrible photos of her.

Thing is though, even if it’s the bloke who has the fertility problem it’s the woman who has to go through the invasive treatment. Which makes it even worse if it was him TBH. And if it was his problem and Lisa gave up her chance of having kids to stick by him that’s worse.

I don't understand the why the press keep taking photos of Lisa smoking, Ant also smokes.
