It has alisonhannigan in and we thought it might be light hearted
It was dire. Utter crap. And I have a high threshold for crap, can watch most rubbish as long as its entertaining

What is it that I am missing? The popularity of those films baffles me (I freely admit I'm not the targeted demographic though).

90 minute panic attack was called Gravity and indeed was shite.

Pixels. Its so bad my friends wife occasionally threatens him with it again as an argument-ender.

Shawshank Redemption - I REALLY hate this movie as it's trite crap with a "twist" you can see from the other end of the country and yet loads of people rave about it.

I don't get time to watch many movies now that DS is older and stays up later so I'm really picky these days whereas pre-children I'd watch any old rubbish.

KichenDancefloor, I was watching the first Fast and furious film with my then-bf, the dvd stopped working about 10 minutes before the end and I never bothered finishing it. I just decided I really didn’t care. Never tried to watch any of the others either.

God I bloody love a rubbish film, most of those mentioned so far are in my all-time favourites.

The absolute worst film of all time in a totally non enjoyable way is without doubt Charlie's Angels, with Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore etc.

And I also hated Brokeback Mountain and Lost in Translation.

And whoever said Black Panther earlier, totally agree it was dire, atrocious storytelling. Sat in the world’s most uncomfortable cinema seat watching, had to stay as I thought DP was enjoying it and it turns out he hated it too.

Sorry Kalifornia - but then I liked Gravity "90 Minute panic attack" is inspired - that should have been it's strapline!

Don't want to spoil it for you, but he spends the whole of the movie in a box in the dark. If there was anything else, I've blocked it out. Really wanted him to hurry up and die.
