he coroner pronouncing all 20 children and 6 adults dead two hours after entering the school - would they have not been taken to a hospital for an autopsy before this declaration was made? These are just questions that I can't see any logistical answer for.
I may have missed something here, but surely you don't need an autopy just to pronounce someone is dead? An autopsy is to determine cause of death, after the pronouncement is made. All the pronouncement is for is to confirm the person has actually died, so there's no mystery here as far as I can see.
