So I'm 9 weeks pregnant after a few early losses last year, and I had a scan on the 10th Feb that showed a healthy baby with a heartbeat. Yesterday and today however, I've had brownish red discharge... Nowhere near enough to fill a pad (it's only when I wipe) and no clots. So why do I feel so hopeless and like 'it's all over'? Got doctors this morning to ask for an epu referral as they won't see me without one. I'm so so so worried :(

Parrothead yes you’re right, that’s really insensitive.
Did you bother to RTFT? She had a scan booked today to see what was going on.
And even if she didn’t get that far, the poor sod has had multiple miscarriages so I think she would know what happens.

parrothead thank you for trying to look for a good outcome, my scan is actually tomorrow, but unfortunately I passed the sac today whilst out :( had to come home dripping with blood and thoroughly embarrassed. Thanks for all the replies, I'm still gonna go to the appointment tomorrow, and just take it easy for a while.

I didn’t think parrothead was insensitive either justvent I’ve had a MC and a successful pregnancy with significant bleeding and I wasn’t sure what was going on with either and OP had said she was confused but hoping for the best (and clearly said scan was Thursday not today).
