Young Lily (Woman’s Officer) seems to be going out of their way to rile up and insult women. I can only think either Lily is trolling for laughs or is on a little power trip. I’d love to know what MPs reallty think of their young controversial protege. How far is Labour willing to support Lily?

It's not necessary to refer to Lily as 'she'. He's a young man with no legal gender recognition certificate. He's not a woman in any sense. Calling him 'she' is pandering to his gaslighting nonsense. Obviously if you really think he is a woman then crack on but it jarrs to see so many women use female pronouns when they clearly don't believe it.

I think that surgeon is an idiot. It's not just a question of sticking an organ in there. Where would you attach it? How would it grow a placenta and nurture the fetus? Maybe he can transplant a womb, but I would be extremely shocked if that womb could sustain a baby.

However bolshy they might seem online it must be awful to have thread after thread started about you. It must have an effect.

Gender critical mumsnetters (of which I am one) have been at pains to point out that this is not about individuals- it’s about policy.
My point is that it is the policy that should be criticised not the individual who, no doubt, will soon find themselves a media career anyway.

I have just wasted spent 30 minutes looking at LM's Twitter feed. I am trying to put into words what I think, but I struggled to find anything that was related to 'Woman's Issues' Why isn't someone sitting LM down and saying 'You know what you aren't actually fulfilling the post's job specification' ? How is LM being allowed to turn the post from Women's Officer to Trans-Right Officer?

All I want to know is how he can be a 'Woman's Officer'? Can he please explain what period pain feels like or how child birth affects/impacts women?
All he seems to do is be an 'activist'. I want him to explain what he can do; as a man, let alone a teenager, to improve the lives of women that happened to be born as women.

@Icomehereseekingpeas As in it's gone totally crazy now. Peak means the top. So peak trans is saying essentially we've reached the top of it - nothing more will be surprising. From the ability to Self-ID meaning that tomorrow afternoon a man might 'feel' like a woman and therefore you and I have no right to contest that as we would be considered bigots. But said man can later that evening decide to 'feel' like a man again.
