An update on the earlier thread.

OP posts:

Simple you had noticed the padlock but when you went to actually use the stables found the padlock broken and the stables empty, A padlock on a stable door would have surely have caught the attention of any passing thief who would have thought there must be something valuable in there and broke in on the off chance, I mean rural police must deal with break ins like that all the time so I doubt they would take the time and energy to investigate the fact that you had a skip or forensically search the local dump if she goes to them once she finds out her stuff has gone, and of course as It wasn't your stuff, you couldn't contact the owner of the stuff and you know the police have more important crimes to deal with you didn't think it was worth reporting it - did you???

black

Op mentions it in the first post of the other thread, that's why the house they bought was for sale (I think)

Now it's all in the open again grin

I've asked MQ to delete it. I am guessing they are getting some much needed sleep at moment

liquidrevolution · 04/02/2018 03:31

As someone who has been woken by a 3 year old needing (in no particular order), cream on her bits, rice crispies with milk in a cup NOT in the bowl, a banana, a poo and a fire lit in the living room so she can see the flames dancing Hmm many thanks to the op who posted a bit of the other thread.

Op what a C.F.

Myfavouritechild · 04/02/2018 03:38

I go out for a couple of hours and miss the original, the deletion and an update that now makes no sense! Bugger

thatwouldbeanecumenicalmatter · 04/02/2018 03:47

I can’t imagine anyone with a serious business that involves generally expensive machinery and easily perishable-if-stored-incorrectly items would be storing them in a stable - that’s a lot of expensive gear to risk getting weather damaged. Sounds like CF is a hoarder and found somewhere else to stash her stuff - or rather not now. I’d be tempted to put up trespassing signs up and cctv - if she’s entitled enough to put padlocks on your property I wouldn’t trust her around your horses - sorry.

Mummyoflittledragon · 04/02/2018 04:19

What previous thread?

Have I entered some parallel universe? I searched the op and it came up with this thread only.

Can someone link please.

HappenedForAReisling · 04/02/2018 04:35

I think the original got deleted at the OP's request.

Mummyoflittledragon · 04/02/2018 05:02

Happened.
Thanks. I thought maybe op had 2 accounts or something with the same username but one with capitals or a number or something and I couldn’t find it....

HannahHut · 04/02/2018 05:08

To clear things up:

OP had a neighbour leave some [redacted] belongings in a [redacted] place that OP owns but now wants to use for her horses.

The OP gave notice of when to move them but it wasn't stuck to so OP luckily found that it was all gone [wink wink].

The original thread was deleted as it was mentioned how OP had nothing to do with the removal of the neighbours things and that she happened to come to the [redacted] area and it was all gone. [further wink winks]

Horses are now moved in. CCTV inside but none outside (although suggested.).

The original thread is gone so that any self implication the OP made of what happened to said belongings is gone and cannot be found by the neighbour.
Hope this helps!

RebootYourEngine · 04/02/2018 05:08

I dont see the point in getting one thread deleted due to privacy issues just to start another.

Anyway the first thread sounded like an interesting read.

HannahHut · 04/02/2018 05:09

Oh and to add, this thread is just here so all us nosey buggers on the first thread get an update Grin

Mummyoflittledragon · 04/02/2018 05:43

Hannah
Thanks Smile

Reboot
That would be the one....

JeNeSuisPasVotreMiel · 04/02/2018 06:02

GentleJones · 04/02/2018 07:37

TheMadd, just skimmed through the beginning of the threads you linked to, how did it all work out? Is the OP still around?
