An update on the earlier thread.

OP posts:
trixymalixy · 03/02/2018 23:31

Update already??!

babyccinoo · 03/02/2018 23:37

YANBU. You reap what you sow.

GentleJones · 03/02/2018 23:39

You gave CF ample time to move her stuff from your property. She then comes along and puts a CFing padlock on your stable door Shock

Not sure how this will end with you skipping her stuff though. Yes, she had it coming but I think I would have tried to find out where she lived and made sure she knew what you were planning if she didn’t shift her stuff.

FluffyWhiteTowels · 03/02/2018 23:46

I wonder when neighbour notice since it's already a month

Hissy · 03/02/2018 23:47

New owner, no agreement.

She has tried to blag it, yanbu

titsandbits · 03/02/2018 23:49

This is just another thread incase anyone would ever come across my last!! I've asked for it too be deleted but, incase the neighbour comes back I know everyone likes an update!
I don't want anyone to hold their breath! I don't think she will notice for a while but, I will update in the future :)

myshinynewusername · 03/02/2018 23:49

You gave her plenty of notice to remove her belongings and what date you needed the stable from.

YANBU.

bluescreen · 03/02/2018 23:50

As I said before, the vendors have something to answer for if they sold with vacant possession. It's their problem and you need to get your solicitors onto them to sort it.

Or else having thrown the CF's stuff into a skip, wait for them to sue you.
... crickets....

Nottheduchessofcambridge · 03/02/2018 23:50

I wonder how long it’ll take her to notice that her things have turned into four legged things! Better not comment what things.

thegreatbeyond · 03/02/2018 23:50

It was curtains for this CF behaviour imo.

Gide · 03/02/2018 23:53

Foal cam? I would be very careful with the mare and foal, who knows what the neighbour is capable of doing?

How bonkers is the neighbour refusing to move her shit when she had no arrangement with you?!

HuskyMcClusky · 03/02/2018 23:54

Huh? You’ve started a thread, asked for it to be deleted, and now started a new thread on the same topic in case anyone wants ‘updates’?

BMW6 · 03/02/2018 23:56

Is it me? Confused

SillyMoomin · 03/02/2018 23:58

good luck op. Over and out until you return

MsMims · 03/02/2018 23:58

You were only theoretically asking about removing waste from your property weren’t you OP.

Infact when you went to eventually use your stable you found it empty, didn’t you? You can only assume the other person took their belongings as requested, can’t you?

Wink
WheresTheHooferDoofer · 03/02/2018 23:58

There's actually no evidence that there was an agreement with the previous owner. The previous owner is deceased, and they could have been unwell for a time before death, meaning this neighbour could simply have moved their belongings into the stable knowing the previous owner was in no position to check it out or realise the stuff was there.

flumpybear · 04/02/2018 00:01

Bloody missed the original 🤪 can u fill us in?

Saltandsauce · 04/02/2018 00:04

Don’t think there was any need to start a new thread?? The other one wasn’t even nearly full, and is still there!

Jdabbers · 04/02/2018 00:06

Are the horses safe in there OP?

SimonBridges · 04/02/2018 00:09

Just checking in.

Hope the mare and foal are ok

bluescreen · 04/02/2018 00:09

Nice move to a new thread, OP.

CF hasn't a leg to stand on in any case, unless you know something we don't. And none of us knows anything anyway, not any more. Wink

Actually, I'd be greatly entertained in seeing CF argue their case at all, in any circumstances.

BrendasUmbrella · 04/02/2018 00:10

Proof is important. Can she prove the original agreement with the former owner? Can she prove you got rid of the stuff? If you can afford it, it might be worth getting some legal advice ahead of time.

babyccinoo · 04/02/2018 00:11

I think the whole point of the new thread is that people don't refer to much of the old thread.

notapizzaeater · 04/02/2018 00:11

Even if there was an agreement with the previous owner it's null and void now

FannyWisdom · 04/02/2018 00:12

This has escalated quickly.
