Does she still do her own make up?

It's awful. She either needs lessons or just hire an expert.

I think sometimes her makeup does Male her look a little older than she is, quite a lot of it which she fortunately doesn’t really need

She is gorgeous though and even her worst makeup days looks a million times better than my very very best ones!

Her heavy eyeliner hides her eyes and the blusher is terrible. It's a diaganol across her face.

Kate with natural or no make-up looks at least 10 years younger. I think she looks so much prettier here, without harsh and dark make-up. And she was pregnant there too.

There's a 6 page thread on her dress...... but it's ok to say you don't like it but I'm not allowed say I don't like her make up.....

OP you are letting yourself down. You really should try to be the best version of yourself. You can start by being kind and not criticising a woman for her appearance.

I think she’s beautiful.

Remember that she is heavily pregnant too, and it certainly doesn’t give everyone a radiant glow, nor make you feel up for sex 24/7. Kate suffers terribly in her pregnancies, and also doesn’t dye her hair due to the chemicals when pregnant.

She is also in her 30’s, and has two young children. I appreciate she probably receives more assistance with childcare than I do, but she is still a mother and whilst it’s wonderful, it’s draining and ages most of us.

She is constantly subjected to the opinions of the world’s media, and wasn’t born in to her position, so even after being in the public eye for several years now, it must be stressful and take its toll.

If she were to use a make up artist, so many people would be complaining that she’s wasting their money. I feel that so many people just love to slag this lady off, and it really pisses me off.

Maybe she finds right now, being heavily pregnant and probably being sick asF with hyperemesis that it's not her priority.

This is a wholly fucking depressing thread. Women vs. Women. Awful.

Oh for god’s sake. All this about how it’s ok to judge her and pull apart her appearance because she’s a ‘public figure’ is complete rubbish! Why would you want to? Why are famous people open to being told their make up is rubbish or their clothes are awful or they’ve gained weight? Is it ok to do it to people on the street because they’re out in public so they’re fair game?
I wish people would stop fucking picking apart womens appearance. It’s petty and pathetic. Just stop.

I've always wondered about her eyebrows tbh. Bit of a fright. But I'm so far out of touch with what's considered attractive these days - and I'm as ugly as sin - that I haven't voiced that opinion before. Plus all that hair - bloody get it cut a bit. And I'm so glad someone on a royal wedding dress thread the other day mentioned her weird nipples. There I've said it all now. I don't generally give the royals much attention but bits seep through ...

Who made you the world's authority on a woman's makeup OP? I don't remember the vote....Why are you right, and others, who think she looks nice, wrong? Why so uppity about another woman's makeup?

To post an OP such as this - unless you post a photo of yourself it's really quite dumb? How on earth can we judge unless we see the critique that is judging? I.E. you could wear bright white eye shadow and luminous blue eyeliner and yet you're here slating our Kate? shakes fist

But you are allowed to say you don't like her makeup. You have done so.
But equally we are allowed to say that you are being bloody rude. If you are going to criticise someone you must expect to get some back.

seriously - I've always found, IME, that the majority of those who critique another woman's appearance really shouldn't, and in the main it comes down to jealously.

I don't understand what's going on here. This woman's job is to literally be a wife and to look the part. I'm not English and I know nothing about the Royals but anytime I pick up an English magazine I'm being told what this woman is wearing. It seems to me that people somewhere must be interested in how she looks but are not allowed to comment?
