It’s healthy to question and research issues and topic that are bothering you. If that goes too far then yes a mental issue could be a reason. But if you find evidence that appears factual and has merit then why not?

The size of the plane does not find the Pentagons hit hole, and the nose of the plane would not have left an exit hole of that shape either. The CCTV from the pentagon was doctored too. It is also impossible to fly a plane that low in the atmosphere at 500 mph with a. No external significant visible damage prior to the hit and b. With that much control.
The “terrorists” also had little to no flying ability, multiple witnesses can testify to that. It would be impossible for him to have hit the Pentagon at that angle while not coasting without expert experience, even then at that speed and height- near impossible. Pilots with 6000 hours plus even said that could not have done it. No black boxes, but they found passports of the terrorists?
Also the other plane, no luggage, chairs etc?
Twin tower plane passengers also made multiple phone calls from their mobiles, back then, that too is impossible. One person was on the phone for over 15 mins and didn’t get cut off, that too couldn’t have happened as the cell towers wouldn’t be able to pass the connection at 500mph at 30,000 ft. The calls are also recorded, the air hostess said “it’s a frame” at the end in a whisper.

Something happened, and it’s sad AF but it was done for an excuse to start a war.

As for security/Protection at the Pentagon. Siri (apple maps) took me into the pentagon car park a couple of years ago when I was trying to drive to Arlington cemetery. Twice.
