on every bloody show, he makes a big deal of tasting whatever he's made and doing the bog sigh, the big eye roll, the shaking his fingers thing, he just makes me want to throw the telly at the wall

I don't watch his programme but the tasting and shuddering with pleasure sounds ridiculous. One better than MIL though who used to pick up roast potatoes that didn't make it into the serving dish, lick her fingers and then pick up the next

Also preferable to Marco Pierre White who I once saw on TV dripping sweat into a saucepan as he cooked
