on every bloody show, he makes a big deal of tasting whatever he's made and doing the bog sigh, the big eye roll, the shaking his fingers thing, he just makes me want to throw the telly at the wall

His Comfort Food for the US market seems to have eschewed all his 'healthy eating' credentials.

Yes! Last night he made a pavlova covered in a fuckton of whipped pink marshmallow. It was like Type 2 Diabetes on a platter.

You don’t need to bastardise pavlova like that, it’s plenty sweet enough done traditionally: meringue, cream and fruit!

I think perhaps Jamie's nan is actually called Tiger? Her nickname I mean

Pretty disgusting, actually, to discuss anyone's physical shortcomings in this way. It's really, really not ok to do that to anyone. We get what we are given and most if the time we can't change it.

Can't stand him. One of his "recipes" is freezing grapes and chocolate then eating it off an old roof tile or some bollocks. In his words it's a "combo" in mine it's a "bag of shite"

The comments about his speech impediment are pretty unpleasant.

He looks like a pantomime dame after she's washed off her slap.

And living in North Essex I can honestly say if anyone turned up at my door talking with that dreadful accent I'd piss myself laughing.

But I do agree with a previous poster it's crossing a boundary poking fun at his speech impediment and pretty disgusting.

His food and comical theatrical manor comment though are hilarious

God I'm not alone. I'm not a fan of the constant "whazz it up" when using the food processor and also he is constantly horrible to anyone in the kitchen helping him. Especially that little old Italian guy. Covering all his food in chili's and the like - he annoys me.

I love nigella. She is just divine. It's like porn 😂

Even the expert cheese guy he had to 'one up' him suggesting honey with some other choice ingredients that's didn't go together on cheese(the honey was the sane one) it sounded disgusting and I think I threw up alittle in my mouth! The expert cheese fit through gritted teeth agreed think he did the same!

He had the nerve to make the cheese expert taste it (uncomfortable viewing to say the least.)

I don't mind him- but the little grating of Clementine on everything annoyed the hell out of me! Every course- even the Tiramisu.
