Paddington and ebay

Feeling fed up of people's greed.
Just tried to unsuccessfully buy a Paddington bear in M&S. Sold out.
Looked on ebay for other Paddingtons and discovered a hefty price war bidding for the same bear!
Why are people so greedy! They have obviously not bought the bear as a present and are using it to generate money.
I know this often happens at Christmas but it seriously pisses me off!

If you are silly enough to pay over the top for a non-essential item, don't start moaning about the seller. Of course they provide a service to you: they make available to you an item otherwise sold out.
To boost the interest, some products are purposely made in smaller quantity. When they are gone, they are gone. At least the sellers selling them back to you give you a choice.

The whole point of selling is to make a profit, may it be your time, something you made or purchased, or your services.

The problem is people who want everything for free, or who like to think they got the better of someone, but getting something under market value. It's a horrible mindset, you can see witness it every day on Facebook selling sites. That's selfish, and greedy.

That's great Jimmy, but it's a bit late for Christmas now...
