I would tell F2 & F3 what happened and thank them for their support.

I would contact the PTA again, say she has been in at the salon complaining at you and because of this after this prize you will not be able to offer any services in future as they clearly are not appreciated. I would also make clear she was not prepared to contribute anything, even when F2 & F3 offered to join in. Then they will have the sum of her.

Finally, I would (really like to but don’t know if I’d be brave enough!) send her the link to your first thread.

I would have been like you and helped the best I could if she at least apologised but this is just ridiculous. And it is unfortunately true that when people get to a level where they assume, they never appreciate.

Even if you do none of these things, and view it as a loss, I would freeze off all contact. Be polite, friendly (so there’s no recourse for discussion or offence) & unavailable. She’s treated you like dirt.
