Eileen is a wet, naive fish. She can't see what Phelan is, despite all the times Anna has told her.

Eileen does deserve happiness but maybe if she stopped being so naive, she would find happiness with someone else!!

Is there something that says baddies have to get their comeuppance, cos if so there goes half the Emmerdale cast as well. But I agree with pp about Phelan's leaky mouth, he looks like an evil guppy when he gets going.

The last thing I remember about the fireman is when he started throwing racists terms around and him and Lloyd got into a row or two over it. I can't remember why he left, though oddly, I do remember him leaving.

Btw, is anyone else a bit baffled about the whole point of phelan keeping Andy locked in a basement for months just to kill him now? I don't get it. It's almost like they only decided to bring Andy back a couple of week so ago rather than it being the original plan.

A few years back. She imprisoned him, cut the phone lines, he escaped and got to a phone box to call for help, he fell over and hurt his ankle and she found him. Wouldn't take him to hospital and took him back to the cottage again. she was really scary. Allegedly it was a take-off from the film Misery. 😂

^^ With a bit of Psycho thrown in....we were never actually sure about the existence of Mother. But yes, she was certifiable. Norris got back and IIRC everyone laughed at his fanciful tale.
