Have you ever found anything scary in your loo?

We came back from holiday years ago to a letter from our alarm company explaining there'd been a call out to our tripped alarm whilst we were away due to 'the viper in downstairs toilet'. That's it, literally no other info. It was late at night and, with two small babies in the house, I was crapping it, DH wasn't much better. Was it removed? Did it escape? Couldn't contact alarm co til the morning. Turns out 'viper' is their name for the motion sensitive window sensor, one of which we have in our downstairs loo. Wankers.

Snakes are not pets.

Wrong on so many levels.

No offence meant but they are terrifying.

They bite, they have fangs. They're not ' domesticated.

I really am petrified of them and have been since a child.

Each to their own and all that but I just can't get my head around why anyone would have them in their own home as a pet

They are low maintenance and surprisingly affectionate Ankles love having mine snuggled in my dressing gown watching eastenders.

Its the fact that some owners dont own up to the fact that the snake is theirs and at the very least help to look for it that i object to.

I would be terrified! I have a fear of snakes since being bitten quite badly by my friend's one when I was 15!

They are about to cover this on Anglia News on ITV1
