I am making a potato salad for a bbq tomorrow. Using jazzy new potatos, Mayonnaise, little bit of Dijon mustard, spring onions, dill and chives ontop (more for garnish really)

AIBU to bash up a few boiled eggs and throw them in aswell i think it would be yum!

I have an aversion to eggs and have never come across them in potato salad so I'd probably be sick but that's just me!

Glad it was well received. I used to make potato salad without eggs and then spent some time living in Canada where I was introduced to the boiled egg addition. I usually add two, mash them with a fork and mix in. Great stuff.
