I think Melania missed the memo about appropriate footwear for flood zones.

Actually, with the exception of wellies, those are the best. Only the tips of the feet get wet.

All the experts who are on the ground are talking which isn't giving Trump a chance to talk rubbish. There's far more important things to talk about so he's having to keep quiet.... not sure for how long

I think he's managed it. But bearing in mind he was surrounded by a lot professional people who TBH had far more on their minds than POTUS in baseball cap, and it seemed like an opportunity to tell the american people what they were doing.
