Okay so I wasn't going to post until I'd had some kind of resolution. However, planning called today to ask if they could access my garden on Friday as they need to do some "further investigation" and have another planning official who will be there to oversee it??

They wouldn't tell me over the phone what it was about (it wasn't Nice Planning Lady, it was someone I hadn't spoken with before)

C8H10N4O2 it's cream then jam Not in Cornwall it's not...the jam first anchors the cream (must be Roddas or Trewithen). When being nostalgic in Flemish exile (and having paid humungous amounts of euros for said clotted cream), I do sometimes have butter on the scone first to anchor the jam, which in turn allows for more cream on top.

I just had a phone call from my mate Steven over in the great US of A, and I told him all about this tale. He was so interested and said he would love to tell the world about the cfns . 'Oh Speily' I said (that's what I call him) ' that would be fabulous' . I hung up so he could speak to his team. ..... Flags: I googled 'Bolton flag' and got some very strange results [the only person in the world who has never seen an episode of GoT].

Wrong wrong wrong wrong. Cream has to be Langage and goes under the jam. The Cornish wrongfully claimed the pasty and they can't do cream teas right neither. Devon clotted cream, being sooooo superior to the Cornish, is thicker and anchors the jam beautifully
