Flicker would you be claret and blue by any chance?

flickertee · 02/08/2017 20:58

Not claret and blue, no Grin

Coconutspongexo · 02/08/2017 20:59

Knackered my dad is Jude Laws cousin.. he also thinks he's a twat

QuiteLikely5 · 02/08/2017 21:02

There's no way Cheryl Cole would reveal herself on here she's been in hiding for months

EggysMom · 02/08/2017 21:06

I've been in a documentary. I think you saw my belly more than you saw my face! Not famous though. Not even recognised in the street in the weeks after the documentary was aired. Nada.

MumIsRunningAMarathon · 02/08/2017 21:06

i remember a thread like this before......someone admitted fame

turned out to be someone from s club

soooo disappointing!!

Custardo · 02/08/2017 21:10

good to hear jud law is a twat, i have aly disliked him for no good reason.

parmavioletmartini · 02/08/2017 21:12

I'm not. But my husband is sort of.

BlueIsYou · 02/08/2017 21:12

flicker DH is a PL player but maybe we have met Grin

Oh and West Ham aren't Championship if that's why you're getting at Breville Wink

MissAlligned · 02/08/2017 21:12

quite

This was some time ago - before her pregnancy was officially official.

It was just a small mistake, quickly reported and deleted.

MissAlligned · 02/08/2017 21:13

Of course, it could have been a complex fakery.

chopper23 · 02/08/2017 21:14

Percy.... Rowntree/Fitzgerald family??? Maybe.

MissAlligned · 02/08/2017 21:16

I've given up on Percy. The only family showing as being in the top ten most wealthiest families ever is the Mars dynasty. I cant really be bothered with the brain power. She should totally go on Who Do You Think You Are though!!

LinManWellWellWell · 02/08/2017 21:18

I was just wondering if anyone on here was Tara PT, then I remembered she died! So sad 😢

Cackleberry4 · 02/08/2017 21:18

My name has appeared in a good few TV credits and I often get to watch my husband on TV.

A bit lame but off the top of my head it's the best I can do.

Coconutspongexo · 02/08/2017 21:18

Blue I think she was getting at Aston Villa for Claret & blue/ Championship.

Think you might be a West Ham wag though?

Donttouchthethings · 02/08/2017 21:19

@QuiteLikely5 Cheryl, is that you?

KateMiddletonsOtherMum · 02/08/2017 21:20

I'm famous and I know lots of very very very famous people. Like, the most famous woman in the world.

DigestiveDunker · 02/08/2017 21:24

To answer OP's question though about what it's like to have a famous friend-
I'm friends with someone who is quite well known but not on TV really anymore and she's just like any of my other friends except that people will say Hello to her if we're in public!
I think sometimes people prob do that thing of 'ooh I know the face but I can't place where from so I'll say Hello cos I know her from somewhere!'

choochooo · 02/08/2017 21:27

I'm on tv and radio sometimes to comment on issues to do with my field but I'm definitely not famous!

Coconutspongexo · 02/08/2017 21:27

I'm actually friends with a VS model (really boosts my confidence being around her) .. she likes her job but doesn't like the fame, she's not really a social media 'whore' as she doesn't like the bombardment and negative comments made about her work. I can't imagine actually being famous.

I think fame can ruin families and lives, my cousin as I mentioned before has been dragged through the mud by papers/MSM throughout his career as have my family. People making comments about you when they don't know you at all must be infuriating and you need a thick skin to be truly famous.

bangingmyheadoffabrickwall · 02/08/2017 21:31

The only fame I can claim is for my entire village to hate me because I upset the matriarch of the village last year at the school's PTA event.

But I went to school with the twin of a footballer for a Northern team that flits between the Premiership and the Championship. He wasn't in the team for long.
That same school also produced a well-known comedian who went to school with my brother.
That same town where I went to school also had a VERY famous musician/singer as a teacher in the 70s.
I was mistaken for someone famous in Torquay aged 23. Not sure who but a woman ran up to me and asked for my autograph. My puzzled face said it all. Wish I asked.
I was on the local TV news as my dad began a company and it featured me 'posing'. I was 7.
I know someone who is in a job I envy because she speaks to and meets with famous people all over the world. Most notably recently she had a conversation with someone who has become the proud parent of twins and told me that this person is very lovely in real life as they are on screen!

LittleMissCantbebothered · 02/08/2017 21:31

I bet Holly Willoughby frequents MN on a regular basis.

MissAlligned · 02/08/2017 21:33

ooh I know the face but I can't place where from so I'll say Hello cos I know her from somewhere!

I've so done this. I lived in Manchester for a while and kept thinking all the Corrie stars wandering around were people I was supposed to know through my new temping jobs so would stare then smile and say hello. Blush

DigestiveDunker · 02/08/2017 21:35

Ha! Miss I would imagine they're used to it Grin
