Hi guys! Wow I've just had a chance to come back on and noticed the last thread is full already?!

There also seems to be loads of people saying they're over it and don't believe me. That's fine, I'm not going to get into an argument with anyone. I had no idea that I would get so many responses when I initially asked for advice on this situation, however, they have really cheered me up through what has been a really crappy few days at points. Thanks all.

Anyway my Grandma has landed at the airport and should be with me in a couple of hours. It's not even that far away (she likes to take her time)

I'm wondering about the costs you've incurred during this, watty. Even a roll of duct tape/cable ties to keep your place secure while you're at work or during the night, for instant, have a cost, let alone solicitors fees. And mine charge for telephone conversations as well as letters. As they should, of course, I'm paying them for their legal knowledge and advice.

Point is....are you supposed to be out of pocket for the craziness owners/builders have inflicted upon you, or can they be charged for payment? Anyone know?

The Trello "regional flags section" either needs West Sussex to be renamed Sussex, or have it added again, called

"East Sussex, which is the same as West Sussex, but to the East"

Oh and costs for 'distress and inconvenience' to be claimed... ;)

MissFitton - with that many eggs , I would also do pavlova- served with lemon curd, and then use the spare yolks for creme brulee. :)....
