Hi guys! Wow I've just had a chance to come back on and noticed the last thread is full already?!

There also seems to be loads of people saying they're over it and don't believe me. That's fine, I'm not going to get into an argument with anyone. I had no idea that I would get so many responses when I initially asked for advice on this situation, however, they have really cheered me up through what has been a really crappy few days at points. Thanks all.

Anyway my Grandma has landed at the airport and should be with me in a couple of hours. It's not even that far away (she likes to take her time)

I have never commented before but followed this for 3 hours this morning while my son was ecstatic he got to watch you tube!
I have no idea if commenting will keep me up to date or how I keep a track on this. Any advice for a newbie?
I think I have missed a few bits. I know Spangran has arrived. Has a bench been bought and put in front of the doors?
Has the OP contacted the police at all to ask for advice as to whether the doors can be sealed from her side legally seeing as the CFN's have no legal right of access? I know tape has been removed but wonder if she can legally do anything as a temporary measure maybe so at least the garden is secure again?

@redfragglebiker my son is in our school Kapa Haka group and I can sing the waiata, have no clue who Mark Harmon is (will google) and I can bring over the large Toblerone bars you get in duty free 😄 Can also bring a selection of local 🍷and make a lolly cake or two if required!

You could ask Planning if they have any idea how long you will have to leave the rubble etc in your garden, as obviously you would like to get it tidied up. And also, the CFBs are going to have to be back in sooner or later - use a general timeline would be helpful you.

They may have no idea, of course.

The elderberries are out round our way, so I'll have to wait until next year for the flowers. I like fevertree elderflower tonic with my gin. I've also recently discovered R. White's raspberry lemonade, it's gorgeous with gin or Pimms!
