OP ask the planners if they are allowed - not you - to put something across the CFN doors. It could take ages to sort so I think planning might be able to ensure your garden stays your garden. Also there's your insurance to think of. So I just wonder if planning have power to do that.

Bags were probably collected by a building waste service, they often come out early early.

Trello is an online board which you can share with team members. Its pretty easy to use.

Because I have no life find them quite handy for projects and PPs were suggesting murder boards I set one up to track items of interest for this thread.
