To summarise: CFN have seemingly done a disappearing act, my friend is now OUTSIDE the shop but still talking to the shop owner man.

I'm waiting on the wine I can see in her hand.

madja KA will be the estate agent who appears at the later court hearing. During cross-questioning she'll be forced to admit that she did, indeed, advise the buyers that replacing "a rickety old sash with a decent set of French Windows would add heaps of value and was jolly well an absolute no-brainer". Her testimony will have no bearing on the outcome of the case.

OP my dp is on a boys night he works in the building trade and so do the boys he's out with I have just had a drunken phone call from 9 drunk Glaswegian men wanting an update and offering there services to sort these idiots (not the word they used) out they have also made me promise I will text them any updates that happen tonight 😂😂😂😂

Imagine though that your neighbours are just on holiday and oblivious as, as someone suggested on, I think, thread one, that a family member was putting the doors in as a surprise. Said CFN could be whiling away hours on some Spanish beach link there with Granny and finding themselves a bit bored one of them logs on to MN thread.....
