I can't believe this is the fourth thread.

To summarise: CFN have seemingly done a disappearing act, my friend is now OUTSIDE the shop but still talking to the shop owner man.

I'm waiting on the wine I can see in her hand.

'Cancel the cheque' doesn't mean that the OP isn't listening. It's a sign of frustration when posters aren't RTFT (or at least OP's posts) and keep suggesting the same solution which has long ago been explained as impossible.

I thought Maui was the one with OP who wanted to go scuba diving in Maui when her newborn was in ICU because the baby wouldn't actually know she was not visiting at that age.

OP had a CFN who would ask to borrow/use something once and if OP agreed he'd assume that was a lifetime entitlement to said object.
OP had a 2nd home in Mexico that was so beloved she didn't rent it out, only family & close friends were allowed to use it (rightly so).
OP got bamboozled into agreeing to CFN using the place ONCE.
Fast forward to OPs close friend going to Mexico home for a holiday, finding luggage and owners of luggage in the house.
Interlopers claimed to have owners permission to be there. Police were called, interlopers kicked out.
Turns out interlopers were CFNs!
Said they'd holidayed there 6 X in 2 years because owners/OP gave permission!
CFN interlopers tried to invoice owner/OP for costs of relocating to a hotel!!
Interlopers/CFN STILL continued to help him/themselves to tools etc... from OPs house.........

maybe they could be the builders?

Friend has been at the shop long enough to have had had an entire courtship and engagement with Shop Man. I reckon she's staying the night over there and will be back in the morning to announce the date for the wedding.

Which will, of course, be in Maui.
