It looks highly unlikely that there will be a verdict today as GOSH have not yet been able to put their case across. The Gard family had their position heard this morning and currently an expert witness from the US is being questioned via video link.

I can't seem to upload the screenshot to the Met using the contact us form, there's no attachment option. Am I missing something?

His poor mother; I suspect they have been so caught up in their own denial about his condition that it must be incredibly difficult to hear the evidence to the contrary.

Poor Charlie is all I will say. He needs to have a dignified death, not be a guinea pig.

This is beyond ajoke now! Connie and Chris are extremely exhausted and they want their son to get the treatment any parent would fight like Connie and Chris are! But i bet you any money that if this was Gosh's member of staff child that their child would get treatment or if connie and chris was rich it would be automatically done!

Erm, love, you know that £2m you and your mates raised? That's not small change, connie and chris are rich...

Had a quick peep at the CA page. Amazing how some are trying to justify the threats or act like they never happened, I saw one suggestion that GOSH set the threats up.

I love the outrage from some of them about the threats and how they've never seen any threats towards GOSH on the CA pages. They really are on another planet

Has anyone just seen the news coverage on itv? No wonder CA are so deluded if this is what they're being told! They chose to only focus on the quote about there being up to a 56% chance of the treatment helping Charlie, not put into context at all about this being tested on cases different to Charlie's, no mention of the brain damage not being able to be reversed. It's all there in the court notes but theyve completely ignored it all

I've just seen one CA member post and suggest they all put some money into Connie's bank account so she can go out for a meal....

I was expecting that.

which explains a bit about the very different situation in the US versus the UK. Perhaps many people used to US dramas, don't realise that we do take a slightly different view here in the UK, and that Charlie has his own guardian, the parents wishes are not paramount.

Been out all day, no phone. So another postponement?

Why does it even matter if people have been threatening GOSH? Surely that's a whole different matter. This is about saving Charlie and getting him his treatment 😣
